What is your biggest career achievement?

• In January of 2019, I had the honor of speaking at Costar's national sales conference as a guest panelist for the multifamily breakout session for 350+ of Costar's sales representatives. It was an honor to be on stage with vice presidents, directors and owners of various powerhouse management firms and better yet, representing my dream team at Pinnacle. The conversations were insightful, inspiring and of course, fun! I will forever be honored to be a part of that moment personally and professionally.

What is your ultimate career goal within the rental housing industry? 

• My ultimate career goal is to own my own community within the multifamily industry. I would love the opportunity to take a value-add asset and renovate, rebrand, reposition and relaunch within the community. It would be an incredible achievement to gentrify a community within the community and apply my knowledge all while working with industry leaders to create something bigger than myself by making a true impact by creating "homes" for others.

What's one rental housing trend you have your eye on? 

• I believe one of the most exciting emerging trends within the industry is any technology that that allows us to take administrative tasks off of the leasing associates so that we can re-purpose the labor costs associated to tasks that can be automated so that leasing associates can focus on enhancing the overall customer experience of residents. This would allow the property management teams to enhance the resident living experiences, elevate the assets on a sub-market level and produce a higher return on investment on the client.
